Hello leaders.
Our first meeting will be very soon. I hope that all of you can take part at this meeting.
The date for the meeting is: 15th - 18th of May 2008.
Please choose your connection that you will arrive on 15th in the afternoon or early evening.
16th and 17th we will plan, discuss etc. about the camp itself and visit some places.
Leaving day will be sunday 18th after breakfast (not before 10.00 a.m.).
Place of arrival:
The meeting will take place in that little village called Wißmannsdorf. Look also that post from december 9th below. That means for you:
Place of arrival for those who came via plane (I suppose Finland and Estonia) will be Luxemburg Airport. If this is to expensive you could also go to "Frankfurt" and then via train to "Trier". (Train from Frankfurt to Trier takes about 3 hours).
For those who travel via train (I suppose Hungary and Italy) please choose as place of arrival the train station of "Bitburg-Erdorf".
For those you will travel by car (I suppose Luxemburg), please look up your way byself :-) or just call me.
If there are any problems with your connection please call me or mail me so that we can find a solution very quickly.

Decision of Youth in Action on April 3rd
Hello everybody.
The the national agency will hopefully come to a decision about support from YOUTH IN ACTION programme on April 3rd.
That means one week later, we know if there will be a camp.
In case of no support we will have to discuss if we could finance that project in any other way.
But we are still promising.

Größere Kartenansicht
This is a small village in the western part of Germany, the region is called Eifel.
The official homepage of the hostel is www.nengshof.de
You can also look up some pictures I made at my first visit:
It is a nice hostel located in an old farm house. The hosting family opened the hostel in 2000.
There are nice sleeping places with hay beds and of course usual beds.
The most important thing is the very big kitchen. To do the workshops during the exchange it was absolutely necessary to find a place with a big kitchen.
So I like this place very much, hope you do so, too.

Youth Exchange in 2008

Right here you can find all public information about the youth exchange "Great Food - Where do noodles grow?" that will hopefully take place in the Eifel, the Western part of Germany.
We invited groups from all over Europe, exactly from Finland, Estonia, Hungary, Italy and Luxemburg.
Group leaders and also youngster could publish information, pictures and other things right here to share with everybody else.
There will also be a google group just for the organisation. Look to the links.
