In that workshop we learned how to make marmelade from fresh fruits.
Just mix the fruits (here: goosebeeries) with sugar:
And heat them until boiling:
Then fill the marmelade (here: cheeries) in glasses:
But we learned as well to make our own crepes and waffles.
This is also very easy. Just mixe the dough:
and then bake it:
We made two differnt styles. A sweet waffle (above) that we ate with icecream and fresh fruits and a (only little bit sweet) crepes, that we filled with ham and cheese:
All in all a really good lunch!
